The certification of the intellectual property management system means that the state regulates intellectual property certification activities, improves its effectiveness, and strengthens supervision and management. According to the "Patent Law of the People's Republic of China", "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China", and "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of the People's Republic of China", "Administrative Measures for Certification Bodies" and other laws and departmental regulations require management system certification.
